About Me

My name is Jenna. I'm mental health coach, triathlete-in-training, and mom of two, on a mission to help people stay grounded and consistent while pursuing meaningful goals.

I bring a real-world, movement-friendly approach to coaching that blends structure and flexibility, discipline and self-compassion, and a deep respect for what it means to navigate transitions while still showing up fully.

Before launching A Seed of Mindfulness, I worked in corporate mental health coaching through Lyra Health, supporting a wide range of professionals and high performers. I now work with individuals who want to lead purposeful, healthy lives, with systems that support both emotional and physical wellness.
